NCF Discussion Documents

"A fuller picture" was produced independently by two NCF Executive members.

About "A fuller picture". In July 2008 this was a response to the BERR consultation which led to the BIS ( formally BERR ) white paper "A better deal for consumers July 2009" listed above. "A fuller picture" is not specifically about the credit crunch but it does analyse many factors relevant to consumer protection which also arise from the credit crunch. Issues such as self regulation, what regulatory authorities should monitor for maximum effectiveness and consumer representation and consultation.
