Details of the event and transcripts of the speeches given are available under the Congress 2009 tab.
This congress resulted in the production of the NCF Consumer Manifesto for the 2010 election. Other follow up work included a study undertaken with Consumer Focus on the Financial Services Authority's "Treating Customers Fairly" initiative, a survey of NCF members on what they thought it would mean to be treated fairly, the formation of our Fairness in Finance policy group and consultation inputs to the retail banking regulation review.
